About Me
- Sarah
- I am a bit of a hippy at heart, although I am a bit to young to have been a flower child (I was a New Romantic as a teenager). I love the individuality and colourfulness of the arty, hippy style and like to express that love of colour in my jewellery and I seem to be increasingly drawn to nature as inspiration for my beadwork.

Bead Shop Liverpool Challenge
I was lucky enough to receive a challenge pack from the Bead Shop Liverpool which contained the most beautiful selection of mossy beads. I absolutely loved working with these and can't wait to wear this piece!
Thank you so much to Clair & Vicky!

Aka, If Madame De Pompadour was a Hippy.
Since I decided to stop selling finished jewellery, I have felt a lot more freedom to just play when designing/making and instead of trying to make quick & easy things to list, am back to expanding my skills.
This necklace (which I'm actually calling Feathered Romance, though I do prefer it's original title!), was made for the OTTBS Monthly Moodboard Challenge. I don't usually do pastels, but the feather pendant by Blueberri Beads was so inspiring that the rest of the necklace pretty much decided what it wanted to be, without any help from me!
I enjoyed combining all the various stitches in this piece, bead embroidery, peyote, raw and St Petersburg. I think I'll be making more multi stitch pieces very soon!
